Terms of Service
Terms of providing services electronically on mysticvia.com.
1. General
The site is operated by TERLAVIO Sp. z o.o., ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 16, 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland, KRS 0001266677, Tax ID (NIP) 7712946705, REGON 545741467, share capital PLN 5,000.00, e-mail: kontakt@mysticvia.com (the “Provider”). The site is a platform connecting users with esoteric specialists (“Advisors”).
2. Nature of services
Services are for entertainment and spiritual support. They do not replace medical, legal or financial advice. Use is for adults only.
3. Orders
You place an order via the form on an Advisor's page. After submission we contact you to arrange details and timing.
4. Payments
Payment is made online (Stripe) or individually after contact. Prices are shown in the currency stated with the service.
5. Complaints and withdrawal
Complaints go to kontakt@mysticvia.com; we handle them within 14 days. Due to the nature of services (digital content / services started with consent), the right of withdrawal may be limited by law.
6. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Final provisions
Matters not covered are governed by Polish law. The Provider may amend these Terms, announcing changes on the site.
8. Prices and payment
All prices on the site are gross prices (the Provider is VAT-exempt as a small business). A price in a currency other than PLN is converted and shown before the order is placed. Placing an order with online payment is an order with an obligation to pay. The service is performed by the Advisor named in the order who cooperates with the Provider; the Provider is the contracting party.
9. Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by sending a statement to kontakt@mysticvia.com (an e-mail is sufficient; model text: “I withdraw from the contract of …, service …, name, contact”). Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method.
By ticking the consent box at checkout the consumer requests that the service starts before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that once the service has been fully performed the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 16(a) Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 38(1)(1) Polish Consumer Rights Act). If the consumer withdraws after the service has begun but before completion, they pay a proportionate amount for the part performed.
10. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
Complaints: kontakt@mysticvia.com; we reply within 14 days. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms: in Poland, free help from the municipal consumer ombudsman or consumer organisations, mediation and arbitration at the Trade Inspection (WIIH); in other EU countries, the national ADR bodies and European Consumer Centres (www.eccnet.eu).
11. Technical requirements and unlawful content
You need a device with an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies and Internet access; for WhatsApp contact — the WhatsApp app. Users must not supply unlawful content. The electronic-services agreement (account, chat) is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by the user at any time by deleting the account or by e-mail.
